For over half a century, the "Coppa" Festival, dedicated to the delicious PDO salami of Piacenza, marks the end of the summer.
The 2016 edition offers wine and food street markets, fireworks, music, and stands where you can taste and buy the protagonist of the festival, which is one of the most ancient products in Piacenza.
